Barking Sporthouse

Urban, family-fun, skaters! Barking Sporthouse and Gym, located within Mayesbrook Park in Barking and Dagenham, offers a variety of fun facilities and activities for all the family. Join us for a fun-filled bounce in our trampoline park, unleash your inner spider man climbing one of our 14 climbing walls, or bring the little ones along for some soft play fun. We have free on-site parking and only a 15 minute walk from Upney tube station.

For health and fitness, the gym is laid out across three floors with dedicated cardiovascular, resistance, strength and functional training areas featuring 200 workout stations by Cybex and Technogym.  Our two large studios host a wide range of fitness classes for all abilities; from Group Cycle to Yoga to HIIT. The 5 court sports hall provides a range of indoor sports including badminton, football and Futsal. What’s more, Barking Sporthouse & Gym is home to a 900 square metre skate park.
