Lee Valley VeloPark
The centre-piece of Lee Valley Velopark is the 5,000-seat velodrome where Team GB and Paralympics GB cyclists set the London 2012 Games alight. Lee Valley Velopark is a unique venue where you can participate in four types of cycling in one place: Velodrome Track, Outdoor Road Circuit, BMX or mountain biking.
The velodrome, with its iconic and award-winning sweeping roof offers more than just cycling. Sure to inspire and impress, it’s also a show stopping location for your next conference, exhibition, or meeting.
Hire the velodrome track centre which is surrounded by the iconic track for an inspirational backdrop and a bespoke space for unique events. Previous Track Centre events include conferences, consumer exhibitions, sporting competitions, awards dinners and charity fundraisers.
The venue’s wraparound concourse is sectioned into twelve pods which enjoy excellent views from above the track. The concourse pods are the perfect setting for large or small private lunches, dinners, drinks receptions or exhibition space, holding up to 50 people in each pod.
Meeting Rooms and Suites
Overlooking the front plaza with the floor-to-ceiling windows, Meeting Room 1 is ideal for a board meeting, classroom style training or a group presentation. The room features a large TV Screen with HDMI connections.
From Meeting Room 2, watch road cyclists going through their paces whilst holding a meeting for up to 25 people or presenting to a larger group The room features a large TV Screen with HDMI connections.
Suite 1 benefits from floor to ceiling windows and great views of our road circuit. This is a perfect base for presentations, training events or meetings. If you’re combining with activities or a larger conference, you’re just a moment’s walk from the Track Centre.
Our central suites (2-4) are interconnected so guests can easily network throughout the area, perfect for a reception, or break out area. These suites are hired exclusively so you and your guests can spread across a bright and spacious area with flexible layouts to suit your occasion.
Suite 5, like neighbouring rooms, enjoys natural light and views of road cyclists going through their paces. This space lends itself to boardroom style meetings and events where you need to capture and keep your delegates’ attention.

Lee Valley Velopark works closely with professional event production agencies and suppliers to enhance your event, but the venue is also happy for hirers to source their own production and equipment suppliers (subject to venue approval).
